In Deep, surface becomes threshold. The darkened plane absorbs light like a chamber awaiting habitation. Remsbecher’s architectural discipline is evident in restraint and proportion, yet the work resists monumentality. Instead, it proposes interiority–an infrastructural space where unseen alliances, much like his cultural networks, are cultivated in shadow.
